These General Terms and Conditions of Use (“GTCU”) set out the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the website www.fltconciergerie.fr (“the Website”). Any access to and/or use of the Website implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCU.

The Website presents the concierge and rental management services offered by the publisher. The information and prices are provided for guidance only and are not contractually binding. Any enquiry made via the Website (contact form, booking enquiry) does not constitute a contractual commitment: the provision of services is subject to the conclusion of a contract or a specific quotation accepted in writing.

Accommodation booking requests may be redirected to third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb or Booking.com), which are subject to their own terms and conditions over which the publisher has no control.
